These terms govern your use of Stock Broker Review (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Stock Broker Review is a comparison and information service. We publish side-by-side comparisons of stock brokers and editorial articles. We do not sell broker accounts, hold client money, give personalised investment advice, or act as a broker-dealer. We are an independent publisher.
2. No investment advice
The content on the Site is for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

4. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep broker information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that:
- The data on the Site is complete, accurate, or current at all times
- The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Site is free of viruses or harmful components
5. Your use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape or systematically extract data from the Site at scale without our written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site

6. Account termination
We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from theaccount settings page.

The Site's content (articles, comparison data, design, code) is owned by us or our licensors. You may read, link to, and quote small excerpts for non-commercial use with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or scrape the data without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stock Broker Review is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or business interruption.
9. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party broker websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those sites. Read their terms before opening an account.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Stock Broker Review against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
